| To explore the clinical efficacy and function of Jianpi Shengxue Granules in chemotherapy-related anemia.Methods:From January 2018 to July 2020,a total of 60 malignant tumor patients with anemia caused by chemotherapy admitted to Wuhan Hanyang Hospital were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into 2 groups with 30 cases each.The control group was given three-dimensional ferrous chewable tablets,and the observation group was given Jianpi Shengxue Granules.We evaluated the efficacy of 2 groups after 4 weeks of treatment.The total effective rate,blood routine index,symptom score,serum tumor markers,sleep quality score and life quality score were compared between the 2 groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than that of control group (80.00%,P<0.05).After treatment,hemoglobin,red blood cell count and average volume of red blood cells in observation group were higher than those in control group (P<0.01).After treatment,the scores of fatigue,dizziness,tinnitus,pallor and anorexia in the observation group than the control group (P<0.01).After treatment,the serum levels of CEA and CA125 were lower in the observation group than the control group (P<0.01),the PSQI score was lower in the observation group than the control group (P<0.01),and the score of life quality was higher in the observation group than the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:Jianpi Shengxue Granules can effectively relieve the symptoms of chemotherapy-related anemia in patients with malignant tumor,which is beneficial to improve their sleep status and improve their quality of life. |
