To study the mechanism of Radix Ginseng-Radix Notoginseng in the treatment of asymptomatic myocardial ischemia(SMI) by network pharmacology.Methods:With the help of TCMSP database,we used “Radix Ginseng” and “Radix Notoginseng” as search terms to obtain drug components and targets,and UniProt to standardize gene targets.We used Cytoscape 3.7.2 software to construct component-target network diagrams; used GeneCards platform to mine SMI targets; used Venn diagrams to obtain drug-disease intersection targets.A protein interaction network(PPI) was constructed based on the STRING database for visual analysis and screening of core targets.GO enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway analysis of core drug-disease targets were performed using Metascape database and WeChat online mapping platform.Results:A total of 22 active ingredients were obtained by analysis,4 common ingredients,125 targets,1242 SMI related targets,94 intersection targets,39 core targets.Among the main active ingredients are kaempferol,quercetin,β-guillotine,The latter two are the common components of the drug; core targets include IL6,VEGFA,TNF,TP53 and etc.GO enrichment analysis found that active regulation of cell migration,cell response to lipid,muscle cell appreciation,active oxygen metabolism process,cell response to oxidative stress and other biological processes; KGEE pathway analysis obtained AGE-RAGE signaling pathway,cancer pathway,IL-17 signaling pathway,HIF-1 signaling pathway,relaxin signaling pathway and so on in diabetic complications.Conclusion:In this study,Radix Ginseng-Radix Notoginseng drugs can play anti-inflammatory,anti-apoptosis and improve vascular permeability through regulating signaling pathway,further explained that Radix Ginseng-Radix Notoginseng treatment SMI more pathways,the mechanism is more complex.
