Post stroke depression(PSD）is one of the common complications of cerebrovascular diseases.The incidence rate of stroke patients in our country can be as high as 47%，which is not conducive to the recovery of patients' neurological function，and to a certain extent, it affect the quality of life of patients and bring a heavy burden to the family and society.This paper reviews the characteristic acupuncture therapies for post-stroke depression in the past 10 years，including Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture，Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture，Tongdu Zhiyu acupuncture，Siguan acupuncture etc.The clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of PSD is affirmed，and it provides a certain reference for the development of acupuncture points for the treatment of PSD and the optimization of the treatment plan.
