      目的:对洋金花正丁醇部位化学成分进行分离鉴定研究。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱,ODS柱色谱,硅胶薄层色谱,高效液相色谱法(HPLC)进行分离纯化,结合1H-NMR、13C-NMR、MS等波谱学数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从洋金花药材粗提液中提取到了11个化合物。分别鉴定为:生物碱类:(S)-(-)-2-phenylpropionitrile(1)、merobatzelladine A(2)、木兰花碱(3)、crotonine(4)、cyclo(Phe-Leu)(5)、pyrrolezanthine(6)、(E,E)-N,N-dityramin-4,4'-dihydroxy-3,5'-dimethoxy-β,3'-bicinnamamide(7)、N1,N5,N10 tri-p-coumaroylspermidine(8)、7-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3-me-thoxyphenyl)-N2,N3-bis(4-hydroxyphenethyl)-6-methoxy-1,2-dihydronaphthalene-2,3-dicarboxa-mide(9)。其他类:p-hydroxyb-enzoyl p-coumaric acid anhydride(10)、methyl(Z)-9-octadeceno-ate(11)。结论:从茄科中首次分离得到11种化合物。
English Summary:
      Isolation and identification of chemical composition from the n-butanol fraction of Flos Daturae.Methods:Silica gel column chromatography,ODS column chromatography,silica gel thin layer chromatography and HPLC were used for separation and purification.The structure was identified by 1H-NMR,13C-NMR,MS and other spectral data.Results:A total of 11 compounds were extracted from the crude extract of Flos Daturae.They were identified as:Alkaloids:(S)-(-)-2-phenylpropionitrile(1),merobatzelladine A(2),magnof-lorine(3),crotonine(4),cyclo(Phe-Leu)(5),pyrrolezanthine(6),(E,E)-N,N-dityramin-4,4'-dihyd-roxy-3,5'-dimethoxy-β,3'-bicinnamamide(7),N1,N5,N10 tri-p-coumaroylspermidine(8),7-hy-dro-xy-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-N2,N3-bis(4-hydroxyphenethyl)-6-methoxy-1,2-dihy-dronaphthalene-2,3-dicarboxamide(9).Other compounds:p-hydroxybenzoyl p-coumaric acid anhydri-de(10),methyl-(Z)-9-octadecenoate(11).Conclusion:The above 11 compounds were isolated from Solanaceae for the first time.
