| 妇科恶性肿瘤严重威胁女性生命健康，其发生发展与抑郁、焦虑等精神心理问题密切相关，共同导致机体神经-内分泌-免疫系统失衡，从而影响整体防治效率。基于经典理论和临床证据，提出精神心理障碍导致的“神”失调在妇科恶性肿瘤发病和治疗中均起关键作用，急需构建形神并调的妇科恶性肿瘤防治体系以提高防治效果。 |

| Gynecological cancer seriously threaten women's health.The occurrence and deterioration of malignant tumors are closely related to psychological problems such as depression and anxiety.They jointly lead to the imbalance of the nervous-endocrine-immune system，which affects the overall prevention and treatment effect.Based on classical theory and clinical evidence，this paper proposes that mental diseases，leading to the imbalance of spirit，play a key role in the occurrence and treatment of gynecological malignancies，and advocate the establishment of a physiological and psychological treatment system of gynecological malignancies to improve the prevention and treatment efficiency. |
