Gynecological cancer seriously threaten women's health.The occurrence and deterioration of malignant tumors are closely related to psychological problems such as depression and anxiety.They jointly lead to the imbalance of the nervous-endocrine-immune system，which affects the overall prevention and treatment effect.Based on classical theory and clinical evidence，this paper proposes that mental diseases，leading to the imbalance of spirit，play a key role in the occurrence and treatment of gynecological malignancies，and advocate the establishment of a physiological and psychological treatment system of gynecological malignancies to improve the prevention and treatment efficiency.
