To set forth principles for quality control and standardize the quality control of registered studies on acupuncture and moxibustion cases.Methods:The inspection was optimized based on the practice on registered studies on acupuncture and moxibustion cases and the experience of quality control in other aspects.Results:With key points，process，and precautions，the inspection plan was designed.Conclusion:The quality control should follow the principles of compliance with ethics，authenticity，timeliness，and traceability.Standardized on-site inspection is the important link in the quality control of the registration of studies on acupuncture and moxibustion cases.
