| 目的：观察不同类型脑瘫患儿的人群特征及口服中药方健脑益智散的临床疗效。方法：选取2014年5月至2020年7月河南汝州市金庚康复医院收治的1 120例脑瘫患儿作为研究对象，分别归入痉挛型、不随意运动型、混合型及其他型4组，予以中药处方健脑益智散口服治疗。研究患儿的年龄、性别、来源地区、治疗前后的粗大运动功能评分及肌张力分级评分，评价纳入研究患儿的人群特征及治疗效果。结果：不同类型的脑瘫患儿在性别、年龄、来源地区的分布上差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。4组脑瘫患儿中“其他型”运动障碍相对较轻，其粗大运动功能评分与肌张力分级评分与其余3组相比差异均有统计学意义（均P<0.01）。治疗后，所有患儿的肌张力均降低，其中“痉挛型”变化最显著，与其余3组比较差异有统计学意义（均P<0.01）。各组患儿的粗大运动功能分值较治疗前均有明显提高，其中“不随意运动型”粗大运动功能分值改变最低，与“痉挛型”“其他型”患儿比较差异有统计学意义（均P<0.01）。结论：不同类型脑瘫患儿的肌张力及粗大运动功能存在差异，治疗效果也不尽相同，但经治后运动障碍均明显减轻。中药方健脑益智散治疗小儿脑瘫安全有效，可进一步推广应用。 |

| To observe the characteristics of children with different types of cerebral palsy and the clinical efficacy of Jiannao Yizhi Powder.Methods:A total of 1 120 children with cerebral palsy，who were treated in Ruzhou Jingeng Rehabilitation Hospital，Henan Province from May 2014 to July 2020，were enrolled.They were classified into four groups:spastic type，dyskinetic type，mixed type，and other type.All of them were treated with Jiannao Yizhi Powder(oral).The study focused on age，gender，region of origin，Gross Motor Function Measure(GMFM) score，and muscle tone grading score before and after treatment，in order to observe the characteristics and treatment outcomes of the children included in the study.Results:The difference in gender，age，and regional distribution among different types of cerebral palsy children was insignificant(P>0.05).In the four groups of children with cerebral palsy，the dyskinesia of “other type” was relatively mild，and the GMFM score and muscle tone grading score in this group were significantly different from those of the other three groups(P<0.01).After treatment，muscle tension was decreased in all types，among which the “spastic type” had the most significant change，with significant difference from the other three groups(P<0.01).The GMFM score of each group was significantly improved compared with that before treatment.The variation in the sore was the smallest in the “dyskinetic type”，and it was statistically different from those of “spastic type” and “other type”(P<0.01).Conclusion:The muscle tension and gross motor function of children with different types of cerebral palsy are different，and the efficacy is also different.The dyskinesia is obviously relieved for all types of cerebral palsy children after treatment.Jiannao Yizhi Powder is safe and effective in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy，which can be further popularized and applied. |
