| 目的：系统评价乌灵胶囊治疗睡眠障碍的有效性及安全性。方法：计算机检索国家知识基础设施数据库、中国学术期刊数据库、中文科技期刊数据库、PubMed、Web of science和Cochrane数据库，筛选乌灵胶囊治疗睡眠障碍的随机对照试验，检索时间自建库至2021年2月。由2名研究员独立筛选文献、提取资料及评价文献质量，使用Stata 15软件进行Meta分析。结果：共纳入22个随机对照试验，1 854例患者，其中观察组943例，对照组911例。乌灵胶囊治疗睡眠障碍观察组较对照组有效率提高（Z=10.658，P=0.000），匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）降低（Z=-17.255，P=0.000），睡眠障碍评定量表(SDRS)评分降低（Z=-8.209，P=0.000），观察组不良反应发生率降低（Z=-3.102，P=0.002）。结论：乌灵胶囊治疗睡眠障碍具有较好的疗效，安全性可靠。 |

| To systematically review the efficacy and safety of Wuling Capsule on sleep disorder.Methods:CNKI，CSPD，CCD，Pubmed，Web of Science and Cochrane Library were searched for randomized controlled trials on Wuling Capsule in treatment of sleep disorder which were published until February 2021.Two researchers independently screened the literature，extracted data，and assessed the literature's quality，and Stata 15 was used for Meta analysis.Results:A total of 22 randomized controlled trials were included，involving 1 854 cases with 943 in treatment group and 911 in control group.Compared with the control group，the treatment group had better efficacy(Z=10.658，P=0.000) and safety(Z=-3.102，P=0.002)，and lower Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)(Z=-17.255，P=0.000) and Sleep Dysfuntion Rating Scale(SDRS) scores(Z=-8.209，P=0.000) in treating sleep disorder.Conclusion:Wuling Capsule can treat sleep disorder with good efficacy and safety. |
