甲状腺结节、乳腺结节与子宫肌瘤都是女性常见疾病。随着人们健康意识的提高以及超声检查的广泛应用，3种疾病的检出率不断升高。近年来西医及中医学研究均发现，甲状腺结节、乳腺结节与子宫肌瘤的发生存在一定的关联性。西医学研究认为，三者均归属于下丘脑-垂体-腺体轴，均受雌激素水平影响，有相似的生理病理基础；从中医学理论分析，甲状腺、乳腺与胞宫位于足厥阴肝经所过之处，均会受情志因素影响，气郁、瘀血、痰浊是其共同的病理产物，治疗都以疏肝散结为治疗总则，故3种疾病在中医病因病机及治疗上有相似之处。本文从西医、中医发病机制角度，重新认识甲状腺结节、乳腺增生与子宫肌瘤内在相关性，以期临床中实现早预防、早诊断、早治疗。

English Summary:

Thyroid nodules，breast nodules，and uterine fibroids are common in women.As health maintenance is gradually emphasized and ultrasonography is popularized，the detection rate of the three is on the rise.Recent research in both western and traditional Chinese medicine suggests the certain correlation among thyroid nodules，breast nodules，and uterine fibroids.According to western medicine，thyroid，mammary glands，and uterine are all on the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis，which are regulated by estrogen level and have similar physiological and pathological basis.In traditional Chinese medicine，thyroid，mammary glands，and uterine are located where the liver meridian of foot jueyin passes，and all of them are affected by emotional factors.Qi depression，blood stasis，and phlegm turbidity are the common pathological products of these diseases，and the treatment principle of these three diseases should be soothing liver and dissipating mass.Therefore，the etiology，pathogenesis，and treatment of these three diseases are similar in traditional Chinese medicine.From the perspective of the pathogenesis in western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine，this paper renews the understanding of the internal correlation among thyroid nodules，breast nodules，and uterine fibroids，which is expected to serve as a reference for the early prevention，diagnosis，and treatment of them.
