| 山豆根来源于豆科植物越南槐Sophora tonkinensis Gagnep.的干燥根和根茎，药理作用广泛，具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗氧化、抗菌、增强免疫等多种药理作用，临床上可用于治疗肿瘤、咽喉炎症、肝炎等疾病。但其不良反应常见报道，毒理学研究发现山豆根可对消化系统、神经系统、心血管系统、肝胆系统等产生毒性。因此，本文结合国、内外报道综述了山豆根的主要活性成分和毒性成分、药理作用、毒性作用及其产生毒性的作用机制，为进一步研究山豆根的毒性及其临床合理用药提供参考。 |

| Subprostrate sophora is the dry root and rhizomes of Sophora tonkinensis Gagnep.，which is a kind of widely used Chinese medicinal for its multiple pharmacological action including anti-tumor，anti-inflammation，anti-oxidative stress，anti-bacteria，enhancing immunity.Clinically，it can be used to treat tumors，throat inflammation，hepatitis and other diseases.But it's adverse drug reactions are common in reports.In toxicology research，it is founded that subprostrate sophora exerts toxicity on digestive system，nervous system，cardiovascular system and hepatobiliary system.Therefore，this paper summarizes the main active ingredients and toxic components，pharmacological effects，toxic effects and the mechanism of the toxicity of subprostrate sophora in combination with domestic and foreign reports，and provides references for further research on the toxicity of subprostrate sophora and its clinical rational use. |
