| 目的:运用数据挖掘技术,检索现代文献,系统分析针灸治疗肿瘤疾病的选穴配伍规律。方法:检索梳理1980—2020年国家知识基础设施数据库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(CSPD)、中文科技期刊数据库(CCD)中针灸治疗肿瘤疾病的相关文献,运用“中医传承辅助系统”软件,分析针灸治疗肿瘤的选穴和配伍规律。结果:得到相关文献32篇,通过分析发现,现代文献针灸治疗肿瘤选穴规律以按穴性选穴、按经脉选穴和按部位选穴为主,配伍规律以表里经配伍、特定穴配伍和天地人三才配伍为主,针灸治疗肿瘤疾病以三穴和多穴处方为主。结论:总结归纳针灸治疗肿瘤选穴配伍规律,选取恰当的腧穴进行配伍,有利于加强腧穴间的协同作用,增强针灸治疗的临床效果,促进针灸的临床应用。 |

| To systematically analyze the compatibility regularity of acupoints in the treatment of tumors based on modern literature by data mining technology.Methods:Research articles published from 1980 to 2020 on the treatment of tumors by acupuncture were retrieved from CNKI，CSPD，and CCD and analyzed for the acupoint selection and compatibility regularity by the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System.Results:Thirty-two research articles were obtained.As revealed by modern research articles，the acupoints are selected according to the attribute，meridian，and position.Acupoint compatibility is dominated by exterior-interior meridian compatibility，specific combinations，and heaven-human-earth acupoint combinations.In acupuncture and moxibustion，tumors are mainly treated with three-acupoint and multi-acupoint prescriptions.Conclusion:The present study summarized the acupoint selection and compatibility regularity of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of tumors.The appropriate selection of acupoints for compatibility is beneficial to strengthen the synergic effect between acupoints，enhance the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion，and promote the clinical application of acupuncture and moxibustion. |
