| 目前，全球罹患恶性肿瘤的人数呈现不断增多的趋势，发展中国家的数量更是与日俱增。免疫系统是人体最大的防御屏障，在肿瘤的发生发展中具有十分重要的作用，同时也会对肿瘤微环境产生相应的影响。中医学认为“脾为之卫”，即脾能通过卫气达到行使防御的功能。“脾为之卫”与免疫系统相关性的建立离不开的最重要物质是卫气，卫气的分布与免疫细胞活动范围、运动轨迹、免疫应答，以及免疫学组成、功能和指标均密切相关。放化疗作为治疗肿瘤的重要措施，在攻击肿瘤细胞的同时，也对患者的免疫功能产生损伤。中医药是辅助肿瘤放化疗的重要手段之一，发挥着重要的减毒增效作用。因此，基于“脾为之卫”阐释中医药调节免疫系统对肿瘤的影响及机制，可为临床恶性肿瘤的中医药防治奠定理论基础。 |

| The number of patients with malignant tumors has been on the rise worldwide，particularly the developing countries.The immune system，a host defense system，plays a key role in the occurrence and development of tumor and impacts the microenvironment of tumors.According to traditional Chinese medicine，“spleen acts as the guard for the five zang-organs and six fu-organs”，which means the spleen can defend the body through the defense qi.The defense qi serve as a bridge between “spleen acting as the guard for the five zang-organs and six fu-organs” and the immune system.The distribution of the defense qi is closely related to the range of activity，trajectories，and response of immune cells，and the immunological composition，functions，and indicators.As major solutions to tumors，radiotherapy and chemotherapy damage the cellular immune function of patients while killing the tumor cells.Traditional Chinese medicine，which can reduce toxicity and enhance efficacy，serves as one of the adjuvant therapies for radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Therefore，based on “spleen acting as the guard for the five zang-organs and six fu-organs”，this paper explained the influence of traditional Chinese medicine on tumors and the mechanism，laying a theoretical foundation for the prevention and treatment of clinical malignant tumors. |
