This study aims to explore the syndrome-medication regularity of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue(CRF) based on data mining. Methods:The clinical studies of TCM in the treatment of CRF were searched from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),CSPD,CCD,China Biology Medicine disc(CBMdisc),and PubMed.The syndrome-medication database was established by Excel and COOC6.7 and UCINET were employed for co-occurrence clustering analysis Results:A total of 262 eligible studies were screened out, involving 124 prescriptions of Chinese medicines and Proprietary Chinese medicines,268 medicinals, and 10 syndromes for CRF.Common medicinals were Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Astragali seu Hedysari, etc. The medicinals were mainly warm in property, and sweet, bitter, and pungent in flavor with tropism at spleen, lung, and stomach. The syndrome-medication analysis suggested that the correlation between qi deficiency and Radix Astragali seu Hedysari, yin deficiency and Radix Ophiopogonis, and blood stasis and Radix Angelicae Sinensis was the highest. Conclusion:TCM principle for the treatment of CRF is as follows:tonifying, purging, dispersing, and eliminating at the same time to achieve the balance of yin and yang.
