| 酮酰胺化合物对冠状病毒(CoV)、丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)、人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)、朊病毒(Pr)等病毒均表现出良好的抑制活性。本研究对酮酰胺化合物抗病毒活性及其天然产物来源进行综述,发现不少具有清热解毒功效的中药中含有此类成分,为酮酰胺化合物在防治CoV等病毒性疾病方面的开发应用提供参考。 |

| Ketoamide compounds show inhibitory activity against coronavirus(CoV)，hepatitis C virus(HCV)，human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)，prion(Pr)，and other viruses.This article reviews the antiviral activity of ketoamide compounds and the natural sources of them.It was found that many Chinese medicinals for clearing heat and detoxification contain such ingredients.The result can serve as a reference for the development and application of ketoamide compounds in the prevention and treatment of diseases caused by viruses such as CoV. |
