Abstract:Zhanggang and Jianchangbang are two characteristic processing representatives originating from Jiangxi province,China.With unique processing instruments,adjuvants and methods,the processed Zhangbang and Jiangchangbang decoction pieces have distinct characteristics and are highly representative in the industry.This paper reviewed three aspects affecting the quality of traditional characteristic Zhangbang and Jiangchangbang decoction pieces,including the selection of adjuvants,key parameters of water processing,fire processing and water-fire processing,and the application of modern technology,to enhance the understanding of the two characteristic decoction pieces,promote the inheritance and innovation of the processing technology,and improve the quality standard of the decoction pieces to meet the clinical needs.
