To analyze the data in the treatment of cerebral infarction combined with hypertension with Danshen Ligustrazine Injection in combination with Chinese and western medicines in the real world and further explore the optimal scheme of combined use of Chinese and western medicines.Methods:The information of 914 patients and 843 drugs were extracted from the electronic medical record database,and the data were analyzed by Tabu search algorithm.Results:Danshen Ligustrazine Injection was used in combination with other medicines for the following conditions.Blood lipid regulation:atorvastatin and clopidogrel.Blood glucose regulation:metformin and cerebroprotein hydrolysate and vascular protectives,combined with insulin and alprostadil in the case of poor blood glucose control.Other symptoms:1) Constipation after stroke:glycerin at acute stage of stroke; glycerin fructose sodium chloride injection and glycerin if necessary; glycerin and Simo Decoction in convalescence.2) Hiccups after stroke:aspirin and edaravone and metoclopramide.3) Pulmonary infection after stroke:Xiyanping Injection and Dengzhanshengmai Capsules and Lianhua Qingwen preparation,combined with Fresh Bamboo Juice/Tanreqing and expectorant antitussives or antipyretic antidotes in the case of excessive phlegm.4) Stroke-related headache:diazepam and Xingnaojing Injection and flunarizine hydrochloride.Conclusion:In this study,the medication regimen involving Danshen Ligustrazine Injection for cerebral infarction combined with hypertension conforms to relevant clinical guidelines and can provide reference for clinical practice.
