| 地龙有清热定惊、活血祛瘀、通络平喘利尿等功效，用于治疗瘀证。蚓激酶是地龙主要的活性成分，具有抗凝溶栓、抗纤维化、抗肿瘤、抗炎及抗氧化等作用。纳米负载蚓激酶颗粒作为可靶向溶栓可达到“精准化瘀”。本文从瘀出发，阐述蚓激酶在“有形之瘀”和“无形之瘀”的应用及研究进展，为蚓激酶临床应用和新药研制提供参考。 |

| Pheretima has the effects of clearing heat，relieving convulsions，promoting blood circulation，removing blood stasis，dredging collaterals，relieving asthma，and checking diarrhea，and can be used to treat traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndromes related to “stasis”.Lumbrokinase is the main active ingredient of Pheretima，with anticoagulation，thrombolysis，anti-fibrosis，anti-tumor，anti-inflammatory，and antioxidant effects.Nano-sized lumbrokinase particles can achieve “precise removal of blood stasis” as a targeted thrombolytic agent.The present study reviewed the application and research progress of lumbrokinase in “visible stasis” and “invisible stasis” from “stasis”，and is expected to provide references for the clinical application of lumbrokinase and the development of new drugs. |
