To explore professor Piao Bingkui's medication rule of targeted therapy for lung cancer through data mining,so as to display his clinical experience with objective data.In addition,the medication rules of patients with rashes in the course of targeted therapy for lung cancer were screened,and in-depth interview was performed to further determine professor Piao's experience in treating rashes caused by targeted therapy.Methods:With the online analytical processing and complex network analysis,37 lung cancer patients treated by targeted therapy(including 14 patients with rash) in the electronic clinical diagnosis and treatment information database of professor Piao were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Data mining revealed that the core idea of professor Piao's prescription was replenishing qi and invigorating spleen,combined with resolving phlegm,eliminating dampness,clearing heat and detoxifying as the treatment principle,reflecting the academic thought of reinforcing healthy qi and eliminating pathogen,disease and syndrome differentiation,local and whole combination.Combining expert interview,we also specified the composition of Jiedu Xiaozhen Prescription for treating rash.Conclusion:The results of data mining and professor Piao's thoughts on treating lung cancer were mutually confirmed,and Jiedu Xiaozhen Prescription was composed of Radix Paeoniae Alba,Flos Lonicerae,Fructus Kochiae and Periostracum Cicadae.
