To analyze the prescriptions for acid regurgitation in Formulary of Universal Relief by data mining,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment of acid regurgitation.Methods:The prescriptions used to treat acid regurgitation in Formulary of Universal Relief were screened,and the frequency statistics,association analysis and cluster analysis were carried out by ancient and modern medical record cloud platform(V2.2.2),SPSS statistics 26.0 and SPSS modeler 18.0 to mine the high-frequency medicinal materials,common drug pairs and drug combinations.Results:A total of 202 prescriptions were included,involving 190 Chinese medicinal materials,of which 25 had the frequency≥20,and the top three were Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens and Cortex Cinnamomi.The medicinal materials were mostly warm and moderate in property,and pungent and bitter in flavor,and mainly acted on spleen and stomach channels.Eighteen drug pairs and four drug combinations were obtained by association analysis and cluster analysis,respectively.Conclusion:The core goal of acid regurgitation treatment in Formulary of Universal Relief was to restore the ascending and descending of qi movement in middle energizer,focusing on regulating and tonifying middle energizer.The treatment principles were replenishing qi,invigorating spleen,drying dampness,resolving phlegm,soothing liver,moving qi,harmonizing stomach,descending turbid,warming yang and dissipating cold,with combination of multiple methods and simultaneous regulation of multiple zang-organs.
