| 目的：探讨针灸治疗慢性非特异性腰痛的取穴规律。方法：检索国家知识基础设施数据库（CNKI）、中国学术期刊数据库（CSPD）、中文科技期刊数据库（CCD）建库至2020年12月31日有关针灸治疗慢性非特异性腰痛的临床随机对照试验（RCT）文献。对针灸治疗慢性非特异性腰痛的穴位处方梳理统计并建立数据库，运用IBM SPSS 25.0、Climentine 12.0、Python对针灸处方进行聚类分析和关联性分析。结果：共纳入文献80篇，涉及针灸处方80条，穴位95个，常用穴位是：肾俞、委中、大肠俞、阿是穴、腰阳关、腰夹脊等。频率最高的经络是足太阳膀胱经；穴位主要集中在腰背部及下肢部；常用的特定穴为五输穴、背俞穴、交会穴等；关联性分析表明肾俞、大肠俞配伍在针灸治疗慢性非特异性腰痛中具有重要地位。结论：针灸治疗慢性非特异性腰痛遵循以循经取穴为主，辨证取穴为辅这一原则，同时亦运用特定穴治疗。 |

| To analyze the acupoint selection regularity for acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of chronic nonspecific low back pain(CNLBP).Methods:The randomized controlled trials(RCTs) on acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of CNLBP published from database inception to December 31，2020，were retrieved from CNKI，CSPD，and CCD.The acupoints and acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions against CNLBP were summarized and statistically analyzed to establish a database.The acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions underwent cluster analysis and correlation analysis by IBM SPSS 25.0，Climentine 12.0，and Python.Results:Eighty research articles were included，involving 80 acupuncture and moxibustion prescriptions and 95 acupoints.The most commonly used acupoints were Shenshu(BL 23)，Weizhong(BL 40)，Dachangshu(BL 25)，ashipoint，Yaoyangguan(GV 3)，and Jiaji(EX-B 2).The most frequently used meridian was bladder meridian of foot-Taiyang.Acupoints were mainly concentrated in the back and lower extremities.The commonly used specific acupoints were five transport points，back transport point，and crossing points.Correlation analysis showed that the combination of Shenshu(BL 23) and Dachangshu(BL 25) played an important role in the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of CNLBP.Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of CNLBP follows the principle of selecting acupoints according to meridians and syndrome differentiation，with the assistance of specific acupoints. |
