To summarize and theoretically discuss the rule of acupoint sensitization of primary dyspenorrhea based on literature research and data mining,and to provide scientific guidance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of primary dyspenorrhea.Methods:CNKI,CSPD,CCD,CBM,PubMed and Cochrane Library were retrieved to collect the literature related to acupoint sensitization of primary dysenenorrhea.The classification of acupoint sensitization was summarized and the rules of acupoint sensitization were explored by bibliometrics and data mining.In addition,theoretical discussion on the rules of acupoint sensitization of primary dyspenorrhea was conducted.Results:A total of 55 literature related to acupoint sensitization of primary dyspenorrhea was included,and five types of acupoint sensitization were involved:heat sensitization,pain sensitization,electro sensitization,shape sensitivity and chemical sensitivity,with heat sensitivity having the highest frequency.There were 22 sensitized acupoints involved,and the total frequency was 161 times.The common sensitized acupoints were Sanyinjiao(SP 6,39 times),Guanyuan(CV 4,33 times),Ciliao(BL 32,15 times),Zhongji(CV 3,14 times) and Zigong(EX-CA 1,13 times),among which Guanyuan and Sanyinjiao had the highest support(64%) and confidence interval(81.25%).Additionally,nine specific points were involved,and the confluence points had the highest frequency(86 times).The sensitized acupoints mainly acted on foot greater yin spleen channel(SP,57 times) and conception vessel(CV,52 times).Conclusion:The main acupoint sensitization of primary dyspenorrhea was heat sensitization,and the sensitization occurred more commonly in Sanyinjiao and Guanyuan.Both traditional Chinese medicine theory and modern research confirmed the high efficiency and specificity of primary dysmenorrhea treatment via Sanyinjiao,Guanyuan,foot greater yin spleen channel and conception vessel.
