| 目的：基于《金匮要略》辨治妊娠病思想探讨不明原因复发性流产的治疗方法。方法：根据《金匮要略》妊娠病篇相关记载，厘清并讨论妊娠养胎、妊娠腹痛、妊娠下血的诊疗思想和方剂组成，并对妊娠用药的有故无殒理论以及治疗疾病所尊崇的辨证理论进行详细的描述与分析。结果：妊娠养胎之当归散、白术散，妊娠腹痛之当归芍药散，妊娠下血之胶艾汤等，均为古今医家所常用；仲景治疗妊娠病的思想亦可指导当今不明原因复发性流产的治疗。结论：《金匮要略》妊娠病篇医理叙述详尽，组方配伍严谨，选药精当，疗效卓著，为不明原因复发性流产的诊治提供了新的可靠依据。 |

| To explore the treatment of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion based on the concept of differentiation and treatment of gestational diseases in the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber(Jin Gui Yao Lue).Methods:This study clarified and discussed the diagnosis and treatment ideas and prescription composition for miscarriage prevention，abdominal discomfort in pregnancy，and bleeding during pregnancy in accordance with the pertinent records of gestational diseases in the Synopsis of the Golden Chamber.Moreover，in-depth descriptions and analyses of the syndrome differentiation theory used in disease treatment as well as the theory of medication during pregnancy without death were provided in this article.Results:Danggui Powder and Baizhu Powder for miscarriage prevention，Danggui Shaoyao Powder for abdominal discomfort in pregnancy，and Jiaoai Decoction for bleeding during pregnancy were commonly used by ancient and modern doctors.The treatment of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion can be influenced by Zhang Zhongjing's theories on the management of gestational diseases.Conclusion:The Synopsis of the Golden Chamber has a thorough medical description of gestational diseases，strict compatibility of prescriptions，a careful selection of medicines，and exceptional curative effects，which provides a fresh，trustworthy foundation for the diagnosis and treatment of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion. |
