| 目的：探索小金胶囊联合硒酵母胶囊治疗甲状腺功能异常的桥本甲状腺炎（HT）的疗效。方法：选取2020年12月至2021年12月就诊于河南大学第一附属医院及河南省人民医院门诊的HT患者180例作为研究对象，按照患者就诊时间顺序以2﹕1的比例随机分为观察组（n=120）和对照组（n=60）。观察组口服小金胶囊，5粒/次，2次/d，硒酵母胶囊，1粒/次，2次/d，服药时间共计12周。对照组仅口服硒酵母胶囊用法用量及服药时间等同观察组。结果：观察组与对照组甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体（TPO-Ab）、甲状腺球蛋白抗体（TGAb）、血清游离三碘甲腺原氨酸（FT3）、血清游离甲状腺素（FT4）、促甲状腺激素（TSH）比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组与对照组治疗前、中、后甲状腺各径线比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组总有效率为82.5%（99/120）显著高于对照组56.67%（34/60），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组治愈率22.50%，对照组治愈率3.33%，观察组显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。观察组无效率17.50%，对照组无效率40.00%，观察组显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。观察组显效率40.83%，对照组显效率31.67%，观察组显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组有效率191%，对照组有效率21.67%，比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：小金胶囊联合硒酵母胶囊治疗HT可消除或减轻临床症状和体征，显著下调血清中TPO-Ab、TGAb水平，恢复甲状腺功能，改善甲状腺形态及结构，临床疗效满意。 |

| To explore the efficacy of Xiaojin Capsules combined with Selenium Yeast Capsules on Hashimoto's thyroiditis(HT) with abnormal thyroid function.Methods:A total of 180 HT patients who were treated in The First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University and Henan Provincial People's Hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were randomized into the observation group(n=120) and the control group(n=60) according to the visiting time.The observation group was treated with Xiaojin Capsules(oral，5 capsules each time，twice a day，12 weeks) and Selenium Yeast Capsules(oral，1 capsule each time，twice a day，12 weeks)，and the control with only Selenium Yeast Capsules(oral，1 capsule each time，twice a day，12 weeks).Results:The levels of thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPO-Ab)，thyroglobulin antibody(TGAb)，free triiodothyroinine(FT3)，free thyroxine(FT4)，and thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH) in the observation group were different from those in the control group(P<0.05).Thyroid diameters showed difference between the two groups before，during and after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 82.5%(99/120) in the observation group，higher than the 56.67%(34/60) in the control group(P<0.05).Specifically，the cure rate was 22.50% in observation group，as compared with the 3.33% in control group(P<0.01).The ineffective rate was 17.50% in the observation group，lower than the 40.00% in the control group(P<0.01).The remarkably effective rate was higher in the observation group(40.83%) than in the control group(31.67%)(P<0.05).The effective rate was 19.1% in the observation group and 21.67% in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xiaojin Capsules combined with Selenium Yeast Capsules can eliminate or alleviate clinical symptoms and signs，significantly reduce serum levels of TPO-AB and TGAb，restore thyroid function，and improve thyroid morphology and structure in the treatment of HT，showing clinical efficacy is satisfactory. |
