| 目的：探讨首荟通便胶囊对腹部手术术后排气与胃肠功能恢复的临床疗效。方法：选取2019年3月至2021年3月在重庆市中医院接受腹部手术的患者107例作为研究对象，根据患者是否接受首荟通便胶囊治疗分为对照组（n=54）与观察组（n=53）。对照组接受术后常规治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上服用首荟通便胶囊，比较2组患者术后排气时间、胃肠功能恢复、相关因子水平，并进行疗效评价。结果：行腹部手术后的患者治疗后，所有研究对象的临床症状改善，观察组临床症状改善时间比对照组时间短，首次排气时间、腹胀完全缓解时间、术后排便时间、术后排便时长均少于对照组（P<0.05）；对照组患者血清胃动素、促胃液素、胃促生长素水平较治疗前降低，而观察组患者的上述指标恢复到治疗前水平，或有所上升；术后7 d时，所有研究对象均已排气，并顺利排便，观察组入组患者的排气、排便时间早于对照组，所有研究对象均未发生恶心、呕吐、肝肾功能异常等不良反应。结论：首荟通便胶囊可促进腹部手术患者术后排气，调节胃肠功能，促进气血通畅，调节相关因子水平，且安全性高，具有临床推广应用价值。 |

| To explore the clinical efficacy of Shouhui Tongbian Capsules on postoperative exhausting and gastrointestinal function recovery after laparotomy.Methods:A total of 107 patients undergoing laparotomy in Chongqing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were enrolled and divided into a control group(n=54) and an observation group(n=53) according to the acceptance to Shouhui Tongbian Capsules.All patients received routine postoperative treatment，while those in the observation group received additional Shouhui Tongbian Capsules.The postoperative exhausting time，gastrointestinal function recovery，and related factor levels were compared between the two groups，and the efficacy was evaluated.Results:After laparotomy，the clinical symptoms of all patients were improved.The improvement time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group，and the first exhausting time，complete remission time of abdominal distension，postoperative defecation time，and the duration of postoperative defecation were also shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum motilin，gastrin，and ghrelin in the control group were lower than those before treatment，while the above indicators in the observation group returned to the levels before treatment，or even increased.On the 7th day after laparotomy，all patients exhausted and defecated.The exhausting and defecating time of the patients in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group.None of the patients showed any adverse reactions such as nausea，vomiting，and abnormal liver and kidney functions.Conclusion:Shouhui Tongbian Capsules can promote postoperative exhausting，regulate gastrointestinal function，improve qi and blood flow，and regulate the levels of related factors of patients undergoing laparotomy with high safety，which is of clinical application value. |
