| 目的：分析中医外治法预防病毒性肺炎用药规律，为新型冠状病毒肺炎中医外治方筛选、合理组方提供依据。方法：从国家知识基础设施数据库（CNKI）、中国医学生物文献数据库（CBM）、中国学术期刊数据库（CSPD）及中文科技期刊数据库（CCD）、EMBASE(embase.com)、Pubmed数据库进行主题词检索收集从建库至2020年2月的应用中医外治法预防病毒性肺炎的临床期刊、会议和学位论文，收集新型冠状病毒肺炎2019年12月31日至2020年2月18日，我国各地区、卫健委、中医药管理局、中医院、学术流派、名医经验中中医药干预方案中涉及中药外治法的预防方建立中医外治法预防病毒性肺炎数据库，对相关数据进行描述性统计、关联规则分析以及聚类分析。结果：中医外治法预防病毒性肺炎使用频次最高的药物依次为藿香、艾叶、苍术、冰片、佩兰、山柰、薄荷、薄荷、肉桂、荆芥、雄黄、白芷、防风、金银花、茴香；关联性最强的药物组合为藿香→艾叶；聚类分析将高频药物分为2类。结论：中医外治法预防病毒性肺炎优势明显，预防病毒性肺炎以辟秽除湿，解表清热为主。 |

| To analyze the medication regularity of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) external treatment of viral pneumonia to provide a basis for the screening and rational formulation of new formulas for Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods:Research articles in clinical journals，conferences，and dissertations on the prevention of viral pneumonia with external treatment of TCM were retrieved from CNKI，CBM，CSPD，CCD，EMBASE(embase.com)，and PubMed from database inception to February 2020 with subject terms.TCM intervention protocols for COVID-19 involving prevention formulas of TCM external treatment published by local authorities，National Health Commission，National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine，TCM hospitals，academic schools，and prestigious doctors from December 31，2019，to February 18，2020，were collected to establish a database for the prevention of viral pneumonia by TCM external treatment.The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics，association analysis，and cluster analysis.Results:The top high-frequency drugs used for the prevention of viral pneumonia in TCM external treatment were Pogostemonis Herba，Artemisiae Argyi Folium，Atractylodis Rhizoma，Borneolum Syntheticum，Eupatorii Herba，Kaempferiae Rhizoma，Menthae Haplocalycis Herba，Cinnamomi Cortex，Schizonepetae Herba，Realgar，Angelicae Dahuricae Radix，Saposhnikoviae Radix，Lonicerae Japonicae Flos，and Foeniculif Fructus in sequence.The drug combination with the strongest correlation was Pogostemonis Herba and Artemisiae Argyi Folium.As revealed by cluster analysis，high-frequency drugs were divided into two categories.Conclusion:TCM external treatment is advantageous in the prevention of viral pneumonia，which is mainly dominated by the therapeutic principles of dispelling filth，removing dampness，releasing exterior，and clearing heat. |
