| 目的：探讨乳腺癌用药特色，以供临证应用参考。方法：选取2017年1月1日至2019年12月31日无锡市中医医院门诊乳腺癌患者的抗肿瘤中药饮片处方，采用SQL软件进行数据统计分析，IBM SPSS Statistics 21软件进行因子分析及聚类分析。结果：共收集乳腺癌中药处方2 569张，涉及中药398种，总使用频次为57 630次。单味药以炒白术、陈皮、茯苓、姜半夏使用频次最高；中药类别以补虚药、清热药、化湿药的使用频次最高；聚类分析发现6个组合；因子分析提出7个公因子。结论：乳腺癌患者中药遣方用药主要从补虚固本、疏肝理气、清热等方向入手，同时兼顾兼症。 |

| To explore the medication characteristics of Chinese medicine for breast cancer to provide references for clinical application.Methods:Chinese medicinal prescriptions against tumors of breast cancer outpatients treated in Wuxi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 1，2017，to December 31，2019，were collected.SQL was used for statistical analysis of data，and IBM SPSS Statistics 21 was used for factor analysis and cluster analysis.Results:A total of 2 569 Chinese medicinal prescriptions against breast cancer were collected，involving 398 Chinese herbal drugs，with a total frequency of 57 630.The top high-frequency Chinese herbal drugs included stir-fried Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma，Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium，Poria，and Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum cum Zingibere et Alumine.The high-frequency drugs were mainly effective in tonifying deficiency，clearing heat，and resolving dampness.Cluster analysis revealed six drug combinations，and factor analysis suggested seven common factors.Conclusion:The formulation of Chinese medicinal prescriptions against breast cancer mainly follows the principles of tonifying deficiency to consolidate the root，soothing liver and regulating qi，and clearing heat，and pays attention to symptoms. |
