| 为明确六味地黄丸在心血管疾病（CVD）的应用价值及其复杂性化学组成成分、多靶点、多通路药物作用机制，本研究围绕其应用现状、网络药理多靶点效应价值进展进行整理分析，发现六味地黄丸在高血压、冠心病等疾病治疗中均有良好临床效果，其在心血管领域应用价值较高；网络药理学技术可实现中药治疗系统性、整体性评价，其指出六味地黄丸可通过调节脂多糖代谢、炎症反应等多个靶点，参与肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）、缺氧诱导因子-1（HIF-1）等多信号通路治疗心血管疾病，进而为临床治疗提供可靠指导。 |

| This study aims to clarify the application value of Liuwei Dihuang Pills in cardiovascular diseases(CVD) and its complex chemical composition，and multi-target and multi-pathway mechanism.To be specific，the application status and the research progress in the value of multi-target effects in network pharmacology were analyzed.It was found that Liuwei Dihuang Pills had satisfactory clinical effects on hypertension，coronary heart disease，and other diseases，with high application value in the cardiovascular field.Techniques in network pharmacology can realize the systematic and holistic evaluation of the effects of Chinese medicine.Related research suggested that Liuwei Dihuang Pills regulated multiple targets such as lipopolysaccharide metabolism and inflammation and participated in multiple signaling pathways such as tumor necrosis factor(TNF) pathway and hypoxia inducible factor-1(HIF-1) pathway to exert therapeutic effect on CVD.This study is expected to serve as a reference for the clinical treatment. |
