葛根是重要的药食两用植物,兼具很高的药用价值和食用价值,在中国具有很长的药用历史和栽培史。近年来,随着分子生物学技术飞速发展,组学研究在药用植物中的应用逐渐广泛,葛根的多组学研究逐渐发展,为葛根的品质提升提供了指导和方法。现综述了近年来对葛根资源分布、质量控制、多组学研究、栽培育种和品质提升等方面的研究,以期能够利用多组学研究手段,对葛根的品质提升提供参考。 |

Pueraria lobata is an important medicinal and edible plant with significant value and has a long history of medicinal use and cultivation in China.In recent years,with the rapid development of molecular biology technology,omics has been widely applied in the research on medicinal plants.The multiomics research on P.lobata has gradually developed,providing guidance and methods for the quality improvement of P.lobata.This study reviewed the resource distribution,quality control,multiomics research,cultivation and breeding,and quality improvement of P.lobata to provide a reference for the quality improvement of P.lobata by multiomics techniques. |
