| 目的：分析具有脑心同治功效的中成药组方规律，为异病同治的脑心同治法的临床应用提供依据。方法：基于药智网数据库收集具有脑心同治功效的中成药处方，运用Excel 2010、SPSS Modeler 14.1、SPSS Statistics 23.0等统计软件进行配伍规律分析。结果：共筛选出37首中成药处方，涉及中药133味，累计频数335次，累计出现频数最高的前6味中药分别是丹参、川芎、当归、黄芪、地龙、红花；药性主要为温性、平性、寒性；药味主要集中在甘味、苦味、辛味；归经以肝经、脾经、心经最为常见；分类多以活血化瘀类药、补虚类药、息风止痉药、清热药为主。通过关联规则分析，得到常用药对24对，如丹参-川芎等。对高频药物进行聚类分析可将药物分为益气活血类与行气活血类两类，代表方剂为补阳还五汤和通瘀煎。此外，37首中成药主治中医证候共12种，如血瘀证、气虚血瘀证、气滞血瘀证等。结论：具有脑心同治功效的中成药以活血化瘀为基本治法，用药以活血化瘀药为核心，辅以补虚类药、息风止痉药、清热药等，为脑心同治法的临床应用和新药开发提供依据。 |

| To analyze the compatibility rules of Chinese patent medicines with the effect of “simultaneous treatment of brain and heart diseases” and thus to lay a basis for the clinical application of this method.Methods:The prescriptions of Chinese patent medicines with the effect of simultaneous treatment of brain and heart diseases were retrieved from “yaoZH” database and then Excel 2010,SPSS Modeler14.1,SPSS Statistics 23.0 were employed for analyzing the compatibility rules.Results:A total of 37 prescriptions of Chinese patent medicines were screened out,involving 133 Chinese medicinals with cumulative frequency of 335.The 6 Chinese medicinals with high cumulative frequency were Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Astragali seu Hedysari,Lumbricus,and Flos Carthami.The medicinals are mainly warm,plain,and cold in property,and sweet,bitter,and pungent in flavor,with the meridian tropism of liver,spleen,and heart.They were classified into the blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicinals,tonifying medicinals,wind-extinguishing and convulsions-stopping medicinals,and heat-clearing medicinals.The association rules analysis yielded 24 common medicinal pairs,such as the Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae-Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong combination.Cluster analysis classified the high-frequency medicinals into the qi-replenishing and blood-activating medicinals and qi-moving and blood-activating medicinals.The representative prescriptions were Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Tongyu Decoction.In addition,the 37 Chinese patent medicines mainly targeted 12 traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndromes,such as syndrome of blood stasis,syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis,and syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis.Conclusion:According to the basic treatment principle of activating blood and resolving stasis,Chinese patent medicines with the effect of “simultaneous treatment of brain and heart diseases” mainly contain the blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicinals,with the deficiency-tonifying medicinals,wind-extinguishing and convulsions-stopping medicinals,and heat-clearing medicinals as auxiliary.This study lays a basis for the clinical application of the method of “simultaneous treatment of brain and heart diseases” and the development of new medicines. |
