To summarize the medication regularity of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） in treating coronary heart disease （CHD） with anxiety.Methods:Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on TCM in treatment of CHD with anxiety were obtained from databases.The prescriptions and drug information were extracted.The frequency of drugs was counted,and SPSS 25.0 statistical software was used to conduct factor analysis and cluster analysis on high-frequency drugs.SPSS Modeler 14.1 software was used for association analysis of drugs.Results:Forty-four prescriptions were obtained,involving 108 drugs with a total frequency of 460.The top 10 high-frequency drugs were Bupleuri Radix,Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle,Paeoniae Radix Alba,Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Poria,Curcumae Radix,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Aurantii Fructus,and Ziziphi Spinosae Semen.Six common factors were extracted from factor analysis of high-frequency drugs,and five cluster prescriptions were obtained from cluster analysis.Twelve drug combinations with strong association were screened out by association analysis.Conclusion:TCM in the treatment of CHD with anxiety mainly follow the principles of soothing the liver,relieving depression,activating blood,and resolving stasis.The qi-tonifying,phlegm-resolving,mind-tranquilizing drugs were selected according to the symptoms present.
