Abstract:To look for the characteristics and compatibility of the rare traditional Chinese medicinal Radix Ginseng used in ancient prescriptions based on data mining correlation analysis and other methods,so as to verify and broaden the clinical use of it.Methods:A total of 2 420 prescriptions containing Radix Ginseng were selected from the traditional Chinese medicine prescription data with clear dosage and efficacy.Data mining of prescription was carried out through Apriori algorithm and cluster analysis.Results:Correlation analysis of Apriori showed that Radix Ginseng-liquorice,Radix Ginseng-atractylodes atractylodes,Radix Ginseng-angelica,were the most commonly used dual drug.Radix Ginseng-atractylodes root,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Ginseng-radix paeoniae alba,Radix Angelicae Sinensis-radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Ginseng were the most commonly used triple drug.Small doses of people involved in the compatibility of Radix Glycyrrhizae and Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae.High-dose Radix Ginseng participate in the compatibility of Radix Glycyrrhizae to extract four factors through clustering and the extracted formulas had the following effects:analgesia,warming kidney-yang,reducing and anti-vomiting,and replenishing qi and blood.Conclusion:The dosage of Radix Ginseng should not be too large.The traditional Chinese medicine compatible with Radix Ginseng is mainly used to harmonize the medicinal properties of Radix Ginseng,treat the deficiency and cold of spleen and stomach,warm the kidney,disperse cold and relieve pain,providing theoretical basis and experimental thinking for clinical use and experimental research.
