| 卒中后抑郁是卒中后伴发的常见精神疾病，此类患者常常无法继续正常工作，需要人们关心照看，甚至会有轻生自杀行为，受到社会的广泛关注。古往今来关于卒中后抑郁的相关研究很多。古有“五郁”之说，有“病位”之说，今有炎症介质、神经递质、下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴等生物学因素研究。现主要从五脏着手论述卒中后抑郁的发病机制，包括中医学理论与现代医学研究的相关进展，旨在能为治疗卒中后抑郁提供更多的临床思路。 |

| Post-stroke depression(PSD) is a common mental illness associated with stroke.Patients suffering from PSD often fail to work normally and need to be cared,and they even tend to commit suicide,which is widely concerned by the society.From ancient to modern times,there have been numerous studies of PSD.In ancient times,theories of “five depression” and “disease location” were found.Nowadays,there are studies on biological factors such as inflammatory mediators,neurotransmitters and hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis.This paper mainly discussed the mechanism of PSD through five zang organs,including the relevant progress of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) theory and modern medical research,aiming to provide more clinical ideas for the treatment of PSD. |
