Gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD) is a common disease of the digestive system,with diverse causes and unclear pathogenesis.Combining clinical practice with the review of ancient and modern literature,we found that the incidence of GERD was associated with the diet,mood,body weight,and medication history of the patients.Further,we put forward the treatment strategies integrating traditional Chinese and western medicine,aiming to provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
