To summarize the clinical medication experience and extract the medication rules for treating gastroesophageal reflux disease and provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:The data of the patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to June 2021 due to gastroesophageal reflux disease were collected.SPSS was used for cluster analysis and association analysis and Cytoscape for drawing the complex medicine network，on the basis of which the common Chinese herbal medicines，common herb pairs，and medication rules were mined.Results:Most of the 204 patients included presented the syndrome of liver-stomach disharmony，which was closely related to liver，spleen，lung，stomach，kidney，and heart.For the treatment of this syndrome，sweet or bitter herbal medicines were mainly used，and warm and cold herbal medicines showed similar frequency.The core prescription for treatment included 18 Chinese herbal medicines.Conclusion:Liver-stomach disharmony is the most common syndrome of gastroesophageal reflux disease.The core prescription used is mainly composed of modified Chaihu Shugan Powder，Erchen Decoction，and Sijunzi Decoction.
