| 随着胃食管反流病发病率的逐年升高,其治疗越来越受到重视,然而现代医学对胃食管反流病尚无理想的治疗方案。中医外治法是与内治(口服给药)相对而言的特色治疗方法,在临床应用中对胃食管反流病的治疗显示出了确切的疗效,近年来越发受到医学界的重视。现归纳了包括针刺类、灸类、推拿类等常用中医外治法在胃食管反流病临床中的应用现状与研究进展,以期为胃食管反流病的临床诊治提供些许借鉴。 |

| As the incidence of gastroesophageal reflux disease is increasing year by year，more and more attention has been paid to the treatment of this disease.However，there is no ideal modern medical therapy.Chinese medicine external therapies，with unique characteristics compared with oral administration，have demonstrated definite therapeutic effect on gastroesophageal reflux disease in clinical practice and thus have attracted increasing attention in recent years.This paper summarizes the application status and research progress of Chinese medicine external therapies including acupuncture，moxibustion，and massage in the clinical treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease. |
