| 目的:探讨大株红景天注射液联合氯吡格雷对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CHD)患者心功能的影响。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年5月安徽省第二人民医院收治的CHD患者66例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组33例。对照组患者予以氯吡格雷进行治疗,观察组患者在此基础上联用大株红景天注射液,2组患者均治疗2个疗程。观察患者临床疗效;患者的心功能水平;患者的血脂水平;患者的血清D-二聚体(D-D)、降钙素原(PCT)水平;患者的不良反应。结果:治疗后,观察组总疗效率显著高于对照组(P<005);观察组心功能水平显著优于对照组(P<005);观察组总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平下降,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平上升。观察组血脂水平显著低于对照组(P<005);观察组在D-D、PCT水平显著低于对照组(P<005);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<005)。结论:应用大株红景天注射液联合氯吡格雷的治疗方案对CHD患者的临床疗效较好,安全性高。 |

| To investigate the effect of Rhodiola wallichiana injection combined with clopidogrel on the cardiac function of patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CAHD).Methods:Sixty-six patients with CAHD admitted to the Anhui NO2 Provincial People's Hospital from January 2020 to May 2021 were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group，with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clopidogrel，and the treatment group was additionally treated with R.wallichiana injection based on the control group.Both groups were treated for two courses.The clinical efficacy，cardiac function level，lipid level; serum levels [D-dimer(D-D) and procalcitonin(PCT)]，and adverse reactions of patients in the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment，the total efficacy rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<005).The cardiac function level in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<005).The levels of total cholesterol(TC)，triacylglycerol(TG)，and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) in the treatment group decreased，and the level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) increased.The blood lipid level in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<005).The levels of D-D and PCT in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<005).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<005).Conclusion:The treatment scheme of R.wallichiana injection combined with clopidogrel has good clinical efficacy and high safety in patients with CAHD. |
