To investigate the effect of Rhodiola wallichiana injection combined with clopidogrel on the cardiac function of patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CAHD).Methods:Sixty-six patients with CAHD admitted to the Anhui NO2 Provincial People's Hospital from January 2020 to May 2021 were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group，with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clopidogrel，and the treatment group was additionally treated with R.wallichiana injection based on the control group.Both groups were treated for two courses.The clinical efficacy，cardiac function level，lipid level; serum levels [D-dimer(D-D) and procalcitonin(PCT)]，and adverse reactions of patients in the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment，the total efficacy rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<005).The cardiac function level in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<005).The levels of total cholesterol(TC)，triacylglycerol(TG)，and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) in the treatment group decreased，and the level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) increased.The blood lipid level in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<005).The levels of D-D and PCT in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<005).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<005).Conclusion:The treatment scheme of R.wallichiana injection combined with clopidogrel has good clinical efficacy and high safety in patients with CAHD.
