| 目的:观察滋肾育胎丸联合黄体酮治疗黄体功能不全型先兆流产的疗效。方法:选取2019年1月至2021年10月青岛大学附属青岛市中心医院收治的黄体功能不全型先兆流产患者70例作为研究对象,按照抛硬币法随机分为对照组(n=34)和观察组(n=36),对照组患者给予黄体酮软胶囊治疗,观察组患者在黄体酮软胶囊治疗基础上口服滋肾育胎丸。比较2组患者临床疗效、腰腹疼痛消失时间、阴道止血时间、保胎成功率、血清雌二醇、孕酮、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)水平、中医证候与疼痛评分以及不良反应。结果:治疗后,对照组治疗有效率(6765%)低于观察组有效率(8889%);阴道止血时间以及腰腹痛消失时间短于对照组,保胎成功率高于对照组(P<005)。治疗前,2组患者中医证候与疼痛评分,血清雌二醇、孕酮和HCG水平差异无统计学意义(P>005);治疗后,2组血清HCG、雌二醇、孕酮水平升高,观察组高于对照组;中医证候与疼痛评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<005)。2组不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>005)。结论:滋肾育胎丸联合黄体酮治疗黄体功能不足先兆流产临床效果理想,可有效提高性激素水平,缓解临床症状,改善妊娠结局,安全性高。 |

| To observe the efficacy of Zishen Yutai pill combined with progesterone in the treatment of threatened abortion with luteal insufficiency.Methods:Seventy patients with threatened abortion with luteal insufficiency admitted to the Qingdao Central Hospital Affiliated to Qingdao University from October 2021 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=34) and a treatment group(n=36).The control group was treated with progesterone capsules，and the treatment group was additionally given Zishen Yutai pill based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy，disappearance time of lumbar and abdominal pain，time of vaginal hemostasis，success rate of fetal preservation，levels of serum estradiol(E2)，progesterone(P)，and human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)，traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome score，pain score，and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment，the effective rate of the treatment group(8696%) was higher than that of the control group(6818%).The time of vaginal hemostasis and the time of lumbar and abdominal pain disappeared in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group，and the success rate of fetal preservation was higher than that in the control group(P<005).Before treatment，there were no significant differences in TCM syndrome score，pain score，and levels of serum E2，P，and HCG between the two groups(P>005).After treatment，the levels of serum E2，P，and HCG in the two groups were increased，and those in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group.The TCM syndrome score and pain score in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<005).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>005).Conclusion:ZishenYutai pill combined with progesterone has an ideal clinical effect on the treatment of threatened abortion with luteal insufficiency，which effectively improves the level of sex hormones，relieves clinical symptoms，and improves pregnancy outcome with high safety. |
