从“肺为血脏”角度出发,结合现代临床和科学研究,重新分析和认识络脉在特发性肺纤维化发展中的作用。众所周知,络脉为全身气血运行的通道,可以说络脉在气血的运行中起关键作用,“肺为血脏”理论认为气血的失常最易造成肺部瘀滞,痰阻血瘀,肺络不通,形成痰、毒、瘀、虚等病理产物,肺脏长期得不到滋养,最终发展为间质性肺疾病,肺痿弱不用。“肺为血脏”,易滞易瘀、易入难出,肺虚是形成间质性肺病的基础,络脉不通,气滞血瘀是特发性肺纤维化的病机,而络病理论又反过来证明了“肺为血脏”这一理论,临床上补肺益气、活血通络法应贯穿疾病治疗的始终。

English Summary:

From the perspective of “lung is blood viscus”，this paper combined modern clinical and scientific research to understand and analyze the effect of collateral vessels on idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.It is known that the collateral vessel is the channel for qi and blood circulation in the body，which plays a key role in the qi and blood circulation.The theory of “lung is blood viscus” believes the disorder of qi and blood may eventually lead to lung stasis，phlegm obstruction and blood stasis，and lung collateral block，forming pathological products of phlegm，stasis，toxicity，and deficiency.The lung without nourishment for a long time finally develops interstitial lung disease，and becomes weak and dysfunctional.The author believed that based on the theory of “lung is blood viscus”，the lung was easy to be blocked，and the blood was easy to enter but difficult to exit.The lung deficiency was the basis of the formation of interstitial lung disease.The block of collateral vessels and qi stagnation and blood stasis were the pathogenesis of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.The theory of collateral disease，in turn，proved the theory of “lung is blood viscus”.Clinically，the method of tonifying lung，replenishing qi，activating blood，and dredging collaterals should be applied throughout the treatment process of the disease.
