Abstract:To study the efficacy and mechanism of Moluodan(concentrated pills) in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis(CNAG) in rats, and provide a pharmacodynamic research basis for Moluodan(concentrated pills) in CNAG.Methods:The CNAG rat model was prepared by gavage of 60% ethanol solution and 20 mmol/L sodium deoxycholate solution and drinking low-concentration ammonia solution combined with starvation-satiation method. The improvement of gastric function of CNAG rats by Moluodan(concentrated pills) was evaluated by measuring the pH value and pepsin level of gastric juice and serum motilin(MTL) and gastrin(GAS) level. And the improvement of Moluodan(concentrated pills) on gastric mucosal inflammation of CNAG rats was evaluated through gastric histopathological examination. Results:The positive drug(Bismuth Potassium Citrate Granules,JYSBJ,two-fold clinically equivalent dose),and Moluodan high-dose(MLD-H),medium-dose(MLD-M),and low-dose(MLD-L) all improved the gastric mucosal lesions of CNAG rats to varying degrees(P<0.01).The pH value of gastric juice in the MLD-H,JYSBJ and model groups were different(P<0.05).The expression levels of MTL in the MLD-M and MLD-L groups were different from those in the model group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:The effect of Moluodan(concentrated pill) on gastric mucosal injury of CNAG rats might be related to the maintenance of gastric pH and the regulation of MTL,which indicated that Moluodan(concentrated pill) had a desirable therapeutic effect on CNAG rats, and could repair and protect the gastric mucous membrane.
