| 阳虚状态是指机体阳气虚衰，功能减退或衰弱，代谢活动减退，机体反应性低下，阳热不足的病理现象。现代研究表明阳虚状态与阳虚证既与高血压有关，又与低血压有关，呈现明显的双向性。本文通过检索阳虚血压异常领域的研究，总结出高血压阳虚与低血压阳虚在疾病分布、病因病机、症状体征、治疗和生理病理机制方面的异同点。为根据体质对血压异常分类管理提供了理论依据，为进一步临床调查和实验研究奠定了基础。 |
| English Summary: |
| The state of yang deficiency is defined as the pathological phenomenon of yang qi deficiency of the body,which leads to the hypofunction or weakness,low metabolic activity,low body responsiveness,and insufficient yang heat.Modern research proves that the state of yang deficiency and the syndrome of yang deficiency are related to both hypertension and hypotension,showing obvious bidirectionality.By searching papers on abnormal blood pressure due to yang deficiency,we summarized the similarities and differences in disease distribution,etiology and pathogenesis,symptoms and signs,treatment,and physiological and pathological mechanisms between yang-deficiency hypertension and yang-deficiency hypotension in this paper.It provided a theoretical basis for the classification and management of abnormal blood pressure according to constitution,and laid the foundation for further clinical investigation and experimental research. |
