| “老十针”是北京中医医院已故名老中医王乐亭先生根据“补中益气汤”的方义，结合其治疗脾胃病的临床经验设计的针灸处方，全方具有“理气健脾，升清降浊”的功效,是王老“治其本，以胃为先”学术思想的体现。临床上本方主要用于治疗慢性胃炎、功能性消化不良、反流性食管炎、肿瘤及化疗相关性消化道症状、溃疡性结肠炎等消化系统疾病，现对该方在消化系统疾病中的临床应用进展进行归纳总结，以期为临床治疗提供依据。 |

| “Experienced ten acupoints” is an acupuncture and moxibustion prescription designed by Wang Leting,a late prestigious TCM doctor in the Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine based on the therapeutic principles of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and his clinical experience in treating spleen and stomach diseases.This prescription has the effects of regulating qi,strengthening the spleen,ascending lucidity,and descending turbidity,and is the embodiment of Mr.Wang's academic thought of “stomach first for the treatment of the root”.Clinically,this prescription is mainly indicated for chronic gastritis,functional dyspepsia,reflux esophagitis,tumor,chemotherapy-related digestive tract symptoms,ulcerative colitis,and other digestive diseases.The present study summarized its clinical application progress in digestive system diseases in order to provide a basis for clinical treatment. |
