| 偏头痛是一种常见的原发性头痛，已被世界卫生组织列为4种最严重的慢性功能障碍性疾病之一，慢性偏头痛是其最常见的致残并发症。小胶质细胞活化后释放多种神经兴奋性递质，影响神经元兴奋性，参与疼痛的发生与维持。研究证实，小胶质细胞及其相关受体，在偏头痛慢性化进程中起到重要作用。现主要就小胶质细胞在慢性偏头痛中的研究进展以及针刺对其的调节作用进行阐述，提出小胶质细胞可能参与了针刺治疗慢性偏头痛的新研究思路，以期为慢性偏头痛的发病机制及治疗前景提供新的科学依据。 |

| Migraine is a common primary headache，which has been listed by the WHO as one of the four most serious chronic dysfunction diseases.Chronic migraine is the most common disabling complication.Microglia release a variety of excitatory neurotransmitters after activation，which affects the excitability of neurons and participates in the occurrence and maintenance of pain.Studies have confirmed that microglia and its related receptors play an important role in the chronic process of migraine.This review mainly discussed the research progress of microglia in chronic migraine and the regulatory effect of acupuncture on it.It was proposed that microglia may be involved in the new research ideas of acupuncture in the treatment of chronic migraine.This review is expected to provide scientific references for the study on the pathogenesis and treatment prospects of chronic migraine. |
