| 慢性偏头痛是世界上最普遍和最易致残的神经源性炎症性病症之一，严重影响患者生命质量，但其机制至今仍未十分明确。最新研究提示在中枢炎症疾病中存在“星形胶质细胞-小胶质细胞”串扰，是阐释发病和治疗机制的新靶点。前期机制研究初步发现了针刺治疗慢性偏头痛与其调控星形胶质细胞与小胶质细胞关系密切。现从最新的神经炎症性疾病研究前沿“星形胶质细胞-小胶质细胞”串扰出发，探讨将其引入针刺治疗慢性偏头痛机制研究中的可能性，以期为针刺慢性偏头痛提供新的科学思路。 |

| Chronic migraine is one of the most prevalent and disabling neurogenic inflammatory diseases in the world，severely impacting the quality of life of patients.However，its mechanism is still unclear.Recent studies suggest that the astrocyte-microglia crosstalk is observed in central inflammatory diseases，which is a new target for the elucidation of the pathogenesis and therapeutic mechanisms.Previous studies initially found that the mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of chronic migraine was closely related to its regulation of astrocytes and microglia.Therefore，based on astrocyte-microglia crosstalk，the latest research frontier of neuroinflammatory diseases，this paper explored the possibility of introducing it into the mechanism study of acupuncture in the treatment of chronic migraine，thereby providing new scientific ideas for the treatment of chronic migraine with acupuncture. |
