| 偏头痛作为一种以反复发作性头痛为特征的神经血管疾病，不仅能导致患者学习、工作能力的下降，影响患者的日常生活，还与心脑血管疾病、情感障碍等疾病息息相关。阿是穴、痛敏穴、触发点在临床上均与疼痛有关，有许多相似之处，可用于治疗偏头痛。从概念来源上讲，阿是穴为疾按之或痛、或快、或有其他特殊反应之处，痛敏穴和触发点可视作广义概念下一类特定的阿是穴，从对疼痛的敏感度及解剖位置上为阿是穴在临床上的应用提供参考。从临床应用上看，偏头痛患者的阿是穴或痛敏穴常根据患者病情综合应用，采用邻点透刺加缠针震颤法等对于偏头痛发作期患者镇痛效果较好。触发点的分布可为发作期患者临床选穴定位提供参考，同时也可用于偏头痛的预防性治疗，临床多采用干针疗法或注射浸润疗法。在辅助诊治技术上，未来或可应用感觉定量检测技术、超声弹性成像技术等辅助进行对痛敏穴、阿是穴、触发点的量化性定位，甚至可用于区分不同头痛的表型，预测疼痛轨迹和治疗效果等。现从概念来源、临床应用、辅助诊治技术3个方面探讨三者关系并进行分析总结，以期为阿是穴、痛敏穴、触发点在偏头痛的临床诊治提供思路与建议。 |

| As a neurovascular disease characterized by recurrent headache，migraine leads to the decline of study and workability and affects the daily life of patients，which is closely related to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases，emotional disorders，and other diseases.Ashi point，pain-sensitive point，and trigger point are all clinically related to pain with various similarities and can treat migraine.From the perspective of concept，the Ashi point is a point pressing with pain，relaxation，or other special reactions.The pain-sensitive point and trigger point can be regarded as specific types of Ashi point under the generalized concept，which provide references for the application of Ashi point from pain sensitivity and anatomical location.From the perspective of clinical application，Ashi points or pain-sensitive points of patients with migraine are often used comprehensively.The adjacent point penetration needling combined with the entangling needle tremor method has a better analgesic effect on patients with migraine.The distribution of trigger points provides references for the acupoint selection and localization when migraine attacks，which is also used for the prevention of migraine.Dry needling therapy or injection infiltration therapy is often used in clinical practice.In terms of auxiliary diagnosis and treatment technology，quantitative sensory test and ultrasound elastography technology may be used in the future to assist in the quantitative localization of the pain-sensitive point，Ashi point，and trigger point，and even can be used to distinguish different migraine phenotypes and predict pain trajectory and treatment effect.To provide suggestions for diagnosis and treatment of migraine，this study discussed and analyzed the relationship among the Ashi point，pain-sensitive point，and trigger point from three aspects including concept and sources，clinical application，and assisted diagnosis and treatment technology. |
