| 目的：针对针刺治疗重症肌无力的临床取穴处方进行数据分析，进一步分析针刺取穴规律，旨在为重症肌无力的临床医治提供依据。方法：整理2019年12月前符合纳入标准的文献，并摘录穴位处方，形成Excel数据库，分析文献中针刺处方特点。结果：现代针刺治疗重症肌无力使用频次最高的穴位依次为足三里、攒竹、合谷等；选用最多的特定穴为五腧穴、原穴以及合穴；选取的穴位主要集中在膀胱经、督脉、胃经；配穴上以三部配穴为主，远端配穴及局部取穴也较为重视；Osserman分型下的选穴各有其特点。结论：近代医家治疗重症肌无力多为“三部配穴”，重视“治痿独取阳明”及“调摄阴阳”的理论，可指导针灸临床。 |

| To analyze the data in the clinical acupuncture prescriptions in the treatment of myasthenia gravis(MG) and further analyze the acupoint selection regularity，aiming to provide a basis for the clinical treatment of MG.Methods:The research articles published before December 2019 in line with the inclusion criteria were summarized，and the acupuncture prescriptions were collected to establish a database in Excel for the analysis of the characteristic of the clinical acupuncture prescriptions in the treatment of MG.Results:In terms of frequency of use，the top 3 acupoints in the acupuncture treatment of MG were Zusanli(ST 36)，Cuanzhu(BL 2)，and Hegu(LI 4).The most frequently used specific acupoints were the five Shu points，source points，and sea points.The selected acupoints were mainly concentrated on the bladder meridian，governor vessel，and stomach meridian.The three acupoints were mainly combined，and the distal acupoint combination and local acupoint combination were also important.Each acupoint selection had its characteristics under the Osserman classification.Conclusion:In the treatment of MG，modern doctors mainly select three acupoints in combination and attach importance to the theories of “treating flaccidity only taking yang brightness” and “regulating yang brightness”，which can guide the clinical practice of acupuncture and moxibustion. |
