| 干燥综合征（SS）发病机制复杂，目前西医无特效治疗方法。中医方面，燥、毒、瘀互结为本病的发病关键，阳虚阳郁为发病的重要环节。“杂合以治”是《黄帝内经》提出的治疗疾病的原则和方法。根据对“杂合以治”理论的理解，结合本病的病因病机，介绍综合运用中药内服温通阳气以化燥、毒、瘀，中医外治通阳以祛燥、毒、瘀，以及叙事医学治疗SS，以达到SS患者身心同调的目的。 |

| The pathogenesis of Sjogren syndrome(SS) is complicated.Currently，there is no specific treatment in western medicine.In traditional Chinese medicine，the mutual accumulation of dryness，toxin，and blood stasis is the key to the onset of this disease，and yang deficiency and stagnation are important links in its pathogenesis.“Heterozygous treatment” is the principle and method of treating diseases proposed in the Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic.Based on the understanding of the theory of “heterozygous treatment” and combining the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease，this paper introduced the comprehensive method of the internal use of Chinese medicine for warming yang to relieve dryness，toxin，and blood stasis and the external treatment with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) for activating yang to eliminate dryness，toxin，and bloodstasis，as well as the use of narrative medicine to treat SS，thereby achieving the purpose of physical and mental homology in patients with SS. |
