| 在疾病将发或未发之际，对机体施以针灸被称为逆针灸，逆针灸治疗疾病在古文献中多有记载，并在各种慢性病的防治中被广泛应用。偏头痛作为反复发作的慢性神经血管性头痛，与阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病，以及多发性硬化等同属世界性负担的神经类疾病范畴。受心理、环境、睡眠、内分泌等因素的影响，近些年来偏头痛的发病率逐年升高，据报道，国内偏头痛患病率达到9.3%，男女之比约为1:2。患者在遭受痛苦的同时，劳动力的下降也对社会造成了巨大损失，但其治疗并无特效方向。因此，目前对偏头痛的防治成为急需解决的关键问题。若将逆针灸防治疾病的理论与原则应用于偏头痛的防治中，可为偏头痛的治疗与研究提供新的方向。 |

| Preventive acupuncture functions before the onset of diseases to prevent the occurrence of them，which is recorded in many medical classics and has been widely applied in the prevention and treatment of various chronic diseases.Being a recurrent chronic neurovascular headache，migraine is a global burden as other neurological diseases of Alzheimer's disease，Parkinson's disease，and multiple sclerosis.Due to psychological disorder，environmental factor，sleep problem，endocrine disorder，and other factors，the incidence of migraine has been on the rise.According to statistics，the prevalence in China is 9.3%，and the ratio of male to female is about 1:2.The suffers show low work efficiency，causing great loss to the society，but no specific therapy is available.Therefore，it is an urgent task to prevent and treat this disease.In this study，the authors attempt to apply the theory and principle of preventive acupuncture to the prevention and treatment of this disease，hoping to provide a reference for the treatment of and research on this disease. |
