| 吕仁和教授提出慢性肾脏病的“微型癥瘕”基本病机,以益气养血、活血利水为基本治法,在“六对论治”原则的指导下,巧妙应用灵芝-丹参药对治疗各种慢性肾脏病。在肾病综合征(NS)中,借鉴病理生理学和药理学研究成果,配伍猪苓、羌活、益智仁等以助糖皮质激素“减毒增效”;对IgA肾病应在重视补益肺气、扶正固本的基础上,凉血活血以散邪。 |

| Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) master professor Lyu Renhe proposes the basic pathogenesis of “micro-abdominal mass” for chronic kidney diseases，with the treatment following the principles of replenishing qi，nourishing blood，activating blood，and excreting water，and employs the herbal pair Ganoderma-Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma to treat various chronic kidney diseases.In the nephrotic syndrome(NS)，Prof.Lyu combines the herbal pair with Polyporus，Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix，Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus，etc.to assist glucocorticoids in toxicity reducing and efficacy enhancing based on the pathophysiological and pharmacological findings.In IgA nephropathy，Prof.Lyu advocates cooling and activating blood to dispel pathogenic factors based on the importance of tonifying lung qi，reinforcing healthy qi，and consolidating the root. |
