| 龟鹿二仙胶始载于《医便》，为阴阳气血交补之剂。由龟甲、鹿角、人参、枸杞子组成，主要含有胶原蛋白、脂肪酸、人参皂苷、枸杞多糖、氨基酸等成分。实验研究发现龟鹿二仙胶通过多种作用机制发挥抗炎镇痛、调节免疫、抑制肿瘤等作用，临床广泛应用于治疗骨骼、血液、生殖、神经系统疾病以及辅助治疗肿瘤。现围绕龟鹿二仙胶的源流与研究进展梳理相关文献，以期为后续深入研究提供参考。 |

| Guilu Erxian Glue，first recorded in the Medicine Circumstances(Yi Bian)，is a formula for tonifying yin，yang，qi，and blood.It is composed of Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum，Cervi Cornu，Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma，and Lycii Fructus，and mainly contains collagen，fatty acids，ginsenosides，Lycium barbarum polysaccharides，and amino acids.Experimental studies have found that Guilu Erxian Glue can exert anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects，regulate immunity，and inhibit tumors through various mechanisms.It is widely used clinically in the treatment of diseases in the bone，blood，reproduction，and nervous system，and auxiliary treatment of tumors.This article reviewed the historical evolution and research progress on Guilu Erxian Glue，aiming to provide a reference for follow-up in-depth research. |
