| 研究针刺疗法对膝骨性关节炎（KOA）患者治疗、康复以及镇痛疗效的影响。探讨了针刺在KOA患者中的应用效果，以及防范更严重风险，改善KOA患者的功能结局，以期为临床治疗提供参考。系统检索已发表的针刺治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的相关文献，总结和分析KOA的针刺机制、针刺方法、最新针刺技术和应用前景。通过多因素多角度分析发现，在充分认识到KOA各种影响因素的前提下，不同针刺方法治疗KOA疗效确切，安全性高，能有效促进患者健康，提高患者满意度。 |

| The present study investigated the effects of acupuncture on the treatment，rehabilitation，and pain relief of patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA) and explored the application effect of acupuncture in KOA patients to prevent more serious risks and improve the functional outcomes of KOA patients in order to provide references for clinical treatment.The published research articles related to acupuncture in the treatment of KOA were systematically retrieved，and the mechanisms，methods，latest techniques，and application prospects of acupuncture against KOA were summarized and analyzed.As revealed by the multifactorial and multifaceted analysis，different acupuncture methods were effective and safe in the treatment of KOA with full recognition of the various influencing factors of KOA，which could effectively promote patient health and improve patient satisfaction. |
